Terms & Conditions

1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Villa Zlata Praha (hereinafter "the Provider") and guests (hereinafter "the Guest") regarding accommodation services.

2. Reservation

A reservation is considered confirmed only after receiving written confirmation from the Provider via email. The Provider reserves the right to refuse a reservation without stating a reason.

3. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is from 14:00, check-out time is until 10:00. Different times can be arranged in advance with the Provider.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Payment for accommodation is due upon arrival unless otherwise agreed. For gift vouchers, payment is processed through our secure payment provider (Stripe).

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival
  • 50% charge for cancellation 7-14 days before arrival
  • 100% charge for cancellation less than 7 days before arrival or no-show

6. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The voucher must be redeemed by making a reservation and presenting the voucher code.

7. House Rules

  • Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments
  • Pets are allowed upon prior arrangement (additional charges may apply)
  • Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00
  • The Guest is responsible for any damage caused to the property

8. Liability

The Provider is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to the Guest or their property during the stay, except in cases of gross negligence by the Provider.

9. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (GDPR).

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Hungarian law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Hungary.
